PluralSight Download All Tranings + Requests and Suggestions

I have dowloaded WCF videos, its around 960MB. after downloading i have extracted through winrar, but its giving 20 file with extension of .roo,.ro1,.r02 .... upto .r19. can anyone help me out to sort out how to open those videos.
