So whats wrong with the contacts page? Its got shared on wplocker image. So what? Harmless. There's no virus or anything malicious in this theme.

Many shared themes from there have callbacks or viruses, as from this OP's previous thread, and some of the "options thumbnails" may not work and instead display a blank placeholder image.
