My Facebook page was number in SERP then disappeared

Hello,

I have very small local project and I had my facebook page under number 2 for middle competitive keyword for more than 2 weeks.
Than before 2 days I just run GSA Ranker (to test it) and build 4-5 backlinks (Web 2.0). One no-follow indexed by Ahfres till now.
Most links were PR 3-4-5 (I set it skip those websites with PR under 2). I really don't believe that 4-5 Web 2.0 PR 4-5 backlinks can heard my facebook page, but it is nowhere now!
IS it Google Penalty or what?

Another Penalty, buddy..

I have lost over 500 of my/clients fb pages from indexing.. Can't change anything, all you can is advertise, that is what I am doing right now.

If your CPA ~30$ (insurance, education, payday, etc) you can still make money with spending on fb ads.

Perhaps only having high PR sites is your problem, is it really likely that only big guys will link to you and no one else? Doesn't sound natural to me.

Could be a dance as out of the blue you started building links in one shot.

Anyway, always better to start slow - 4-5 high Pr links could be too much for a start. Starting with other facebook links is better and then slowly add in high PR links. Careful of anchor text and duplicate content.

Hi,

I had added my facebook page on AddMeFast 2 weeks prior to those 4-5 High PR backlinks (mainly Web 2.0).
It has > 120 likes, some shares and so on...
5-6 backlinks can be build manually by hand, but it seems like nowadays Google puts everyone under the knife.


JUst looked at Ahrefs:
I have total of 2 no-follow backlinks! Really odd situation!
