The six-part Mediafire mirrors in post #12 by Axle-one, above, enabled downloads without any hitch. The unarchived file contains all the 31 lecture videos as well as the PDF manual. I have attached the PDF manual to this post.
I looked at the PDF manual and some of the lecture videos. The video resolution in the lectures could have been higher, even for 2013 and 2014. Nonetheless, the author does a solid job of explaining the hows and whats of Kindle children's book authorship and publishing.
