Some Facebook, Paypal and Bank Account Questions

Hey All!



Q: I was testing a fan page strategy other day so i created an ad
account for facebook. When i added my debit card number and everything.
Facebook didn't deduct any money from my card. Infact. my ads started
appearing. After some days, i opened my ads manager account, Facebook
goes .." You Owe Xx,xx to us" ... ? Now how can i pay that amount plus i
wanna use my same debit card. Facebook isn't letting me use the same
card. I don't know why.



NOTE: The following debit card is different. Debit card in above
question allow to purchase online and i have bought stuff from it.



Q: My Debit account does not me to purchase anything online. SO how can i verify with my paypal account?



Q: I have applied for Payoneer card and i didn't get till now. Again, i
applied for second that also i didn't get. I had complained about my
problem to payoneer staff on live chat. They go like; you have to get
the payment in your payoneer account to open 3rd account? Seriously? :S



Q: To be honest, I have money in hand to spend. All the problem is that i can't lay a proper payment and spending system.
