Hi everybody!
First: Thank for the great program! Everything works (only some issues with imported pictures-> sometimesI have to import them 4 or 5 times and in a low solution or the program doesn`t import them; secondly the morph-modus doesn`t work correctly). But the bigger problem is the SOUND! I followed ALL instructions in this forum but no one worked (re-install, delete the roaming-folder, copy over the .bin/ .exe)! It doesn`t matter if I want to import my own music files or use the ones from sparkol- I won`t get any sound. Does anybody have a solution? Thanks a lot in adavance! (great that the "watermark"/ videoscribe pencil disappeared!) |

Right. I found out the same: The sound and the voice-over dont`s work. Can anybody fix it? Thanks a lot in advanced!

Save the scribe and open it again... you should hear the sound. I have made scribe containing background music and 5+ voiceovers.

i just downloaded and opening the program but it says:
"Hi null, you need a Sparkol pro account to use sparkol desktop. You can only take advantage of the trial once." can you help me please. thanks,  |
