I want to use Google Authorship from the old account (as I have many followers) for my new blog. Can I still do this - Create a new mail ID and apply from there? Better don't use any Google services linked to your previously banned Google account, it is risky. Create a new gmail account*. Trick to get approval fast is to create quality content with all the basic pages like privacy policy, contact us, about us, and also social shares. Nowadays Google is so strict when accepting any people to the program. Converting hosted to verified account I have no idea at all. But creating a new account account will guarantee a brand new adsense account. You mean adsenseg? All these adsense accounts bought from Fiverr and else where may be banned real quick. As most of them used an authority site to get approval then pass the account to you.
