Hi, I'm a member of Tim's website and chat room. It is possible to make money with penny stocks, but it's certainly not for everyone. First, you need tons of knowledge, some experience and some hand-hold so you don't lose your shirt. You also need to be in front of the computer all day (during market hours).
His signals last for a few seconds and unless you take all of them or understand what he's doing, it's more of a gamble.
Last you need capital... $500 aint going to cut it. I'm switching my strategy for now until I get a better grip on his training. It takes time

Well 5k sounds reasonable to start with.

To day trade you need 25k but there are ways around it if you just have a couple grands.
You can start with 500 but if you have less than 2k-5k, you're better off paper trading until you know all your stats with paper money.
