Setup w/out any problems, ran twitter/facebook/pof traffic through this. reported correctly also desktop notification program alerted me when i reached my limits which i setup.

stats reports (two small test running at 450 clicks/mins)
1.shared host - When running this test (hostgator) I've noticed missing clicks, redirect speeds (not cloaked) 250ms-3sec...
2.dedicated server - tracking is accurate, cloaked redirect speeds under 70ms. (installed on SSD with 24GB DDR3 ECC dedicated server).

What i did to solve this issue is upload and replaced the original lib/app-page.inc file and timezone selection is active on my end.

Thank you for your suggestion but it seem to generate a instability ( I can`t access anything).
It looks like there is some modification needed in the already nulled files to access the timezone list and set it as I need it.
