It's kind of brilliant, simple, and extremely unlikely to get saturated as long as you move past your comfort zone regarding niches. There are businesses that have nothing to do with money making that you can make a killing with. It takes balls and persistence when it comes to contacting and landing the deals. That's the hard part. You do stand to make a good bit of money though! (Yes, I have used this with success in the past. Like I said, it takes a lot of time to find a list owner that will work with you though.)
