Plese go to the webroot/application/configs/application.ini
Edit first lines like here:

phpSettings.display_startup_errors = 1
phpSettings.display_errors = 1

Instead of blank page you will see error messages and what's wrong.

This script is stuck at installation step 2 nothing shows at that point completely blank ...Can anybody help to solve the issue ?

These errors occur only where the server is inappropriate. Even a legally purchased script from Eicra will behave in the same way if the server is not properly configured. Check on Eicra site for all requirements. Where such problems occurred were due to web hosting in most of the cases.
