Best VPN for Torrents Downloads?
I have HMA, but every time I login to an overseas server....particularly Switzerland the download speed drops to a painfully slow 1 Mbps (compared to 140 Mbps on my VPS when I'm not logged into VPN). Even if I log into a US server it drops to only 10-15 Mbps i.e. I lose 90% of my DL speed).
Is there any sort of protect I can use that will preserve at least 1/3 of my DL speeds? |
