I took this link and cut and pasted it into ---- https://scdler.com/ and downloaded the mp3 but you can download ogg files which are smaller files.

Right now I am listening to the the downloaded file sitting on my hard drive. In the workbook that someone listed above Kevin Trudeau wants us to listen to these 13 plus hours of info six times. I don't know if I am open to doing that but time will tell.
