I can't copy the table of contents into here...and it's too much typing, so you either get the propensity of what I just uploaded or you don't.

This is a hallmark book by Jay.

The only reason it's not exclusive is because I've seen it on eMule sometimes...so I'll just assume it's already leaked.

Pay attention to the sections on:
Joint Ventures
and
Creating New Profit Centres

These are just incredibly useful. ESPECIALLY the sections on barter and how to profit from your competition.

Also, I'll add that you can see from the date, this book was written in 1991. I have a feeling it's before Jay crystallized his 9 Leverage Factors idea. So, although the book appears scattered with ideas...I honestly think this may be one of his greatest books that involve the leverage points. Especially in the "Joint Ventures" and "Creating New Profit Centres" sections.

This is an interesting document, because it explains an idea I don't think Jay ever teaches beyond this document.

It's based on a matrix:
1. “Market Disciplines” represent the three major Concepts for achieving market leadership. Conventional wisdom says strategic leaders select one, and only one, of these three as their primary approach while attempting to perform at acceptable or better levels on the other two.

2. “Growth Dynamics” provide the three major concepts of ways to ramp up and expand an enterprise to achieve market scope, speed and scale.

And you end up with a Matrix for Innovation.

So, essentially, it's a summation of how to bring innovation to the marketplace.
Because Jay usually talked about the 4 forces of 1. marketing 2. strategy 3. innovation 4. managment.

I suspect this was a part of Innovation, but was somewhat confusing so Jay never taught it. I can only suspect. But it appears to be that way.

Amazing share. Been following Jay for years and there is stuff here that I have never heard of . . . Reps added, but they are not enough!
This is a message to all those who don't understand, "Sharing is Caring". If you aren't working to make this a better place (ie having a REP of at least 100) don't ask me for help. Everyone has something on their hard drive they can share. Everyone has the time to offer a review or create a mirror! Thanks
