You need to use a captcha solving service like deathbycaptcha and enter it in the spot where it says "Primary Captcha Service". |

you can selected using Captcha Service to complete the Wizard Task and after its complete, then you need to modify by clicking the Option button and select Captcha to untick to make it manual.

Apperas to be working for me, at least loading wise, i did have to disable norton, also it goes through the verification proccess each time i load it, is that right? or did screw up?
