Here's how I searched to find it in a few seconds...

It took me longer to browse all the search engine results, but those keywords ended up doing the trick. I've posted both links where you can download it as a 136-page PDF.

I wasn't able to find the BBC Maestro course through black-hat methods (not even on premium link hosts); but it looks like the course notes are freely available online if you know how to search.

I did find a login page that shows his course structure here, along with the video series' number and the run-time (looks like it's a British TV database site):

I believe BlackTopHat already answered a poster's question about the course videos; this just confirms that they're behind a paywall/login. If someone with fierce hacking skills know how to get past that, the videos may be available.

Lee's course is well worth the cost. Subscribe to BBC Maestro. It got the course half price from them when they had a promotion.
