I've read the PDFs and to me this doesn't look that good.

Methods:
1. Freebies - you have to be from America or Canada, otherwise GFY
2. You have to own a smartphone - and then you can earn 3-5 $ a day. Which makes a ton of sense, since someone who owns a smartphone is generally the person who wants to be earning 3-5 bucks a day
3. Use Amazonturk - doesn't accept international workers for quite a long time now. Other similar sites are suggested but you are lucky if you are able to make 1$ with them altogether for a full days work.
4. Find people who uploaded new videos on YouTube and then molest them with spam offers about video views or comments. Many youtube members and youtube itself are both gonna be very happy about people going around posting something like that. I really don't think people today don't know how much youtube views are really worth.
5. Create reviews for new affiliate products that are just about to come out. I don't even know why is this amongst the other earn-from-scratch suggestions. Looks like general affiliate marketing for affiliate products more than anything. You'd probably have to invest money for this and obviously there will be zero guarantee you'd make any back. You are also told "just join affiliate networks" of the products you encounter as if you can "just do something like that".

This product looks just like a plain PDF rehash of "Five Buck A Day - Build Your Empire From The Ground Up". So it's not really something original anyway. The problem with rehashes is that the ones who do them DO NOT even try the methods themselves - they just rehash them and slap them around as something new. Nevermind if the methods are old, don't work or if they are outdated. We should just skip on that. ??

As a note, method #2...I have used this method to help offset the price of my smartphone. My phone plan costs $90 a month and this helps cover it and its a passive income stream. Never discount a small automatic payday. Find enough of them, and it adds up.
