Instagram limits and Instaget settings

Hey guys! I'm a noob

i have 2 questions for you!

1- What are the instagram's limit per hour (Like/Follow/comment) ?

I read a lot of topics about this but are all different and i'm so confuse...

2- I use Instaget pro, what are the best and safe settings for a good use?

And... Is possible save the settings and use an auto-start for this tool? I have to reactivate it every 2/3 hours manually, the bot don't collects more than 500 ids and can't put like when they are finish.
