Dear,

Try to click the icon on desktop, then Properties, then Compatibility and try Windows XP, then check Run As Administrator. See if that helps

I am running on Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit but haven't had to do that.

Hope it helps!

Thanks I appreciate the kind words, but actual work precludes my ability to be as voracious and generous a contributor as the one, the only, Mr. JohnnyShadow.

However, will continue to do my best when time and opportunity permit.

For those having issues, try to do a complete uninstall (there is a program available on the Forum Revo Pro Uninstaller) and try a fresh install from there.

FYI I have installed on a desktop running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, a loptop with Windows 8 Professional 64-bit and a MacBook running on Parallels with no issues.

I use Snagit from Techsmith
Code:
http://www.techsmith.com/snagit.html
- I believe there is a free trial and many cracks/keygens on the internet.

There is also free programs such as Gadwin Printscreen that you can get by searching @
Code:
http://download.cnet.com
.

As far as your errors, I think you may be runnng too old a version of Windows and strongly recommend you do an upgrade to XP SP3 if it's not too late to get from Microsoft as they were going to discontinue support. I'm sure if not available there that there may be downloadable torrents.
