I have been using it for more than 5+ sites and they're all good now. They do not require activation, just upload to the folder and you're good to go. I think you may have related to another theme.

LOL. I installed this theme 1 week ago and then it say "you are using an illegal version of this theme" on my hompage and disable my theme!

Wow. How can they know which site is mine and which site isn't... I'm using this theme for exactly 6 sites right now.

I haven't any problem too.
if anybody have problem with this theme(illegal theme message) send me your site address i want to check problem.

Theme custom panel doesn't work. It says Internal server error while loading. I installed version 3.4 and it seems to work.

Please kindly verify this theme is working. I need this version.
