Here is the new headway themes 3.5 I am sorry I have not updated my orignal post a while ago with the new one i've been away for a while.

You install this theme.. and you use it to build anything you can imagine within the visual editor. you draw on the gride the shape of what you want, you select what block you want that to be widget, content, slider, custom code, images, etc... then you edit it from there. there is not a premium theme for it.. there are additional plugins for it but that is the current version fully working
