Thanks, was wondering about this. Bought a few of Jimmy's products in past. He sells and forgets about them never providing support to them. It is as if he moves on the next best thing, your wallet:)

Lumpy mails usually cost $2-3 to prepare and just above $2 postage to send. So the initial cost might be a bit higher...
List selection is therefore essential. A good RepManagement campaign really can result in the numbers as mentioned in the video. I've seen this campaign before, even the wording... but his methods to incentivise reviews are legally questionable. The NY public prosecutor cracked down hard on astroturfing (leaving favourable reviews for an incentive without disclosure) lately. So best avoid this by implementing a reputaion gate on the customers' site or externally hosted. This ensures a fast response to bad customer experiences and good reviews where they are needed most.
