I hope I post this in right section

Looking at the pic you just posted, this can easily be achieved without a template. Just have separate layers for each element and you are set. Just to give you an example, the black BG box seems to be a result "Bevel and Emboss" and simple rotation of the item. Look under "custom shape tools" for arrows and such. Just play around with "inner shadow" and "Bevel and Emboss" (double click on the layer for options) and you'll soon get the idea. Good luck!

Your link says instabuilder. Download the plugin, search the images folder inside it, get the parts and reconstruct in photoshop.
