I think it's just because he's not making any sales, so he'd like to give it a boost by releasing it encoded.

Personally I only can trust the guy "ysahop".

We have talked on teamviewer and he has shown me the files and his demos. We have agreed. I'll buy from him..

i am releasing cloneforest 1.12 soon...after you buy from ysahop maybe so all users can get it free......i will release all amexi scripts in a row because there are many guyz who earning money from it...

Better if you release / share latest versions . E.g: themeforest
zipmarket clone v5.4, or cloneforest 2.1. Probably you have it..
