This theme has an issue when trying to upload:

"The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the <code>style.css</code> stylesheet."

Any ideas on how to fix?

I have no need for this theme, but I downloaded just to check your claims.
You guys either didn't unpack before uploading, or you uploaded the wrong folder.

The archive is structured like below.

Magic Button :

You need to upload the folder named "carbon". It contains all the theme files, and the file "style.css" which is 139450 bytes.
Alternatively, you can download the style.css file from the online demo : http://bbmthemes.com/themes/carbon/wp-co.../style.css And pray that it matches the version of the theme.
