Yes it can be cracked, and it is cracked at the moment on CST. But it is not shareable outside of that private forum as it uses CST loader exclusive only for CST members.

I do not know exactly what it is. I even do not use it cause I use WAC that makes the same thing and it is available here also. I used KM cracked version 1.8 /and posted some comments here about it to some thread/ and it did not really convinced me.
