I can't find any info in these docs. Am I the only one? Is there more to it than downloading, and unzipping the rar files? If not, I did these and nothing is in them.

What you do is, you select the two zip files (after downloading), then depending on the zip utility that you're using (I use both 7zip and Winzip), you left click and select "Extract to "*\" (that can be found in the 7zip utility which is FREE).
