LOL You can get the order flows DOM footprints on various trading platforms, either as a free bundled package with certain brokers, free with Thinkorswim, or a monthly licensing fee of between like $20 to $60. Very unlikely you would able to disperse usage of this platform license (that this guy wants $900 for) between a number of individuals.
