Quick Review:
After getting to spend some time with this book I thought I'd come back to give it a plug.
Although it's not overly long it is full of pearls of wisdom. It's well written and uses a 'one topic to a page' format that makes it easy to read.
From the Intro:

"None of the thoughts contained in this book are my own. I
pride myself in my ability to spot talent, and this book is no
different. It’s a collection of the most influential and powerful
ideas that have shaped my thinking. My only hope is that I’ve
done them justice in my representation here."

Also, don't let the talk about creatives stop you from having a look. It has ideas for people in any business.
