I just had a snoop around online and I found this same product on another page where you can download it on a free trial.
I haven't tried it, so I don't know what the limitations of the 'free' trial are, but it may be helpful. Code: https://press-release-submitter.software.informer.com/4.0/(6mb) Beware of the Google Ad, 'false' download buttons on the page though. The real download button for the software is the 3rd one down. ;-) And, as always, do a VT scan on the file before you open it. Cheers!
