first you need to make sure the links to her videos are first in the description
then do some keyword research "devine music", is a good one
place your keywords in the tags Exactly starting like this "devine music",religious music,spititual music,more keywords, comma separated,
place your keyword in the desription at least 4 times
get a google+ profile link to to her website as author

Then build backlinks to her video
she has plenty of views and subscribers, she just lacks backlinks and optimization.

She should hit the no1 spot on google easily.

Now as far as monetizing, maybe somebody more expert than me can help you
But I dont think slling her CDs will make much money
perhaps better to ask for a small donation or PPD or a CPA offer

By the way she has a beautiful voice.

There is a huge amount of information on the forum about youtube. you just need to study it
