Mostly it's the cheapest when you go to your own bank, it takes some time but costs the less.
Otherwise try Western Union.

Now I'm having problem exchanging my check :(

All banks needed me to apply, and they need dollar cash to deposit.

I contacted them and I want to return the check then I will ask to transfer my balance to my Payoneer account. I already choose Payoneer as my payment method.

I'm just waiting for their reply now.
