We also take a deep dive into Real Estate Investment Trusts. Building the mindset of an investor (vice a trader) is the most crucial part of investing.

4) Business Income is one that most people want to avoid. It requires excellent financial sophistication. However, we will need to create royalties by creating content. Also, we review how to start a business that can be automated, out-sourced, or ran by others. Remember, the goal is passive income- not to create another job for ourselves.

Putting all these together will allow us to have cash flow throughout our lifetimes and then throughout our children and grandchildren’s lives as well. Not only is this cash flow passive income, but it also represents generational wealth.
