Doesn't look like ShaunPollock2008 did come back to post their review.. which makes me hesitant to order this service as well. I run multiple wordpress sites and a self hosted email marketing platform and have had to change webhosts at least once a year.. still searching for the holy grail of hosting providers, which apparently doesn't exist!
