Review:

I came across a small problem with my Canva account that I could not solve by myself, so I contacted Academica.

His response was fast and gave me a simple to understand explanation of what could be done to fix the problem.

Within a few hours after contacting him, all was well again and my Canva members' ship works as it should.

Just one question,
What does it mean Pro Educational?

Is it the actual Pro version of Canva? Because the Educational level sounds to me that is not the full Pro version of Canva.

The account is educational with all the Pro features besides the Brand Kit and the ability to add team members.

The background removal, access to the full template library, export as video/gif/png, etc. - this is all included and working.

If you need the account to collaborate with your team you can still share the projects but can not work on the same project simultaneously, and if you need it for simultaneous work with many people I would advise you to go with an account from the official website.
