@Maggie Jo: Thanks for the PM. The links for the FE share have been refreshed. Please see the UPDATE note in the OP.

Also, I removed all of the extra links I had in the OP to miscellaneous Michelle Kulp downloads. Strangely, many of them went to redirected sites and OmniPotens blocked those that went to a Z-Library site, so I felt --- "What's the use?"

Anybody wanting those extras will have to use the search engines to find them but I did as you requested and refreshed the links.
