I came here because I paid for an app on her website, and 2 days later it is still displaying as 'processing'. I created a ticket yesterday and still no reply today, almost 24 hours later.

I suggest no one makes any further orders to her GBs here until she logs in and reassures us all she is still in business and intends honoring orders in a timely manner.

I will be doing a Paypal refund request soon, if she doesn't respond.

Very disappointing -- she used to be one of the most reliable GB sellers. And now, her slow responses and wait times are destroying her reputation.

Yup, my account is back to free, no surprise there. Upgrade only lasts for a few days and then goes back to free. OP is no where to be found, I don't recommend this bso.
