Use last version of winrar or 7zip to unpack. Its an encrypted rar file winzip does not know what to do with it.

Thanks, Znj1377 for this share, started in 2018 and is still alive and kicking...Could not come at a better time as HDD crashed so hopefully a full or partial recovery.
Opened without any issues using 7Zip... Reps added |
