Below is part of the conversation I've had with "FORGOTTEN HERO" and can no longer recommend his site/service as he does not follow through once he has your money, seems to think ignoring you is a good business plan???

Promised update schedules come and go so it kind of kills the reason you joined his offer for updated Themes and Plugins.
Was told last week that everything would be updated by Monday the 21st
Monday came and went, has been here several times and no communication with me. Last time here was today and still NO communications or PROMISED updates???

H! i understand your frustration so here is my excuse there would not be any update till April 2022 as i am stuck in a village country side due to covid issues and doing an bulk update is not possible even getting internet is difficult here ! will be moving to city till April only and get things to gather. i am stating the situation as it is upto you to trust or not. i would never like to make my customer unhappy to frustrated but sometime i cant help it even if i want. hope you understand

OK, we're at the end of April and still NO COMMUNICATION, you've logged in here so we know you're alive and just decided ignoring the customer (ME) is good?? How about just refund my monies as your slow site and your slow/NO response to those who've paid you believing one would get their years worth from monies given to you, instead we get NOTHING but broken promises???
Your ways are no longer tolerable/acceptable to me, your excuse/time has obviously run out just like the patience you asked me to show YOU, my reward for showing you the patience you requested from me? NOTHING!.
The yearly cost is not worthwhile since one does not get access to the PROMISED updates throughout the year that were already paid for (lost 3+ months of my yearly subscription because of YOUR "excuse").
