Hey Itakeover. First of all, thank you for the service you're providing. I appreciate the fast response on the other thread when I asked a question yesterday. By the way I bought the Adobe Full Set.

I do need your help though. I tried installing media encoder and premiere pro today. I followed the instructions. Turned off my internet and disabled my antivirus. But when I right click and run as administrator, nothing happens.

I tried waiting for a few minutes but nothing happens.

I also tried it on another laptop and the same thing. Nothing happens.

What do you think?
