@doraemonfan: I added max reps to you as my thanks for leading me to the download for Copy Troll. When you messaged me, I did not have this e-book but, thanks to you, I got it from Z-Library, so I'm posting a new mirror below.

I tried to open the file shared in the OP but, for me, Adobe couldn't open it and reported an error that appears to be associated with file compression. So the problem doesn't appear to be password-related but with file corruption. And, who knows? Others may not have a problem with it at all.

@All: Anyone looking for a mirror for this share...
