It is the size that downloaded for install only straight from themeforest, I went to my account, downloaded the install only, and uploaded, if you want the "all" version let me know I can do the same for it

Here is a fresh zippy link for the "all" files version of the download from themeforest, untouched, literally downloaded and then zippy uploaded, as always untouched by me.
