What is the best way for contacting you?

Yesterday I downloaded 8 times, then failed to download a plugin because of an error in the download link. I PM you already before posting this.

Then, I tried to download 9/10 times, it said I have downloaded 10 times.
So, to my understanding, if I downloaded a failed download link and clicked on it 2 times, I will lose 2 times of downloads?

Another question.
How are we going to inform you of the update for the latest version of themes/plugins?

Examples:
All in One SEO Pro old version 4.0.17 vs latest version is 4.1.1.1
WP Rocket old version 3.8.7 vs latest version 3.8.8

Please advice.
