Yes, mine got perma-banned a couple years ago. In a period I wasn't even running ads. Support kept telling me they didn't know why. But eventuly the timeout ran out and I was lifetime banned. Still don't know why.

FB ads support is truly cr@p. Ban stories are all over the internet.
And now they want you to connect your Instagram account with your FB account? So they can ban both when you do? LOL.
