@aminoacid: Let me interpret for you: BlackTopHat is saying the link had to come down. Now, I don't know for sure but most likely Mediafire took the link down due to a DMCA warning letter from Ben Settle's legal team. They may say that the link violates their Terms of Service but it usually goes back to a take-down order of some kind. At any rate, the mediafire link in the OP is no longer working.

Yes, it was a polite but firm DMCA from Ben's attorneys.

I got this little document by being on Ben's list. He occasionally sends out stuff like this. The only thing I don't like is the utter deluge of emails he sends out. I just don't have time to read them all. And check out GetStuffDone's post here
