[GET] ONE SIMPLE IDEA
ONE SIMPLE IDEA Turn Your Dreams Into a LICENSING GOLDMINE While Letting OTHERS DO THE WORK Stephen Key's One Simple Idea is an interesting book if you are interested in setting up a passive income by "renting" your ideas to big companies who make and market them FOR you. To summarize the message, it shows you how to license your product (or idea for a product) to someone else and get them to manufacture and market it for you. If the product has merit and is marketed competently, all that's left for you to do is collect a contractually agreed-on up-front lump sum and (as the product sells), ongoing royalty checks that could sustain you for years ... or forever. In the PREFACE, Key tells you how he taught a class entitled "10 Steps to Bring Your Idea to Market" and that one student, in particular, that caught his attention was none other than Tim Ferris. Yep ... the same 4-Hour Workweek Tim Ferris. As you read on, you'll learn that at the time, Ferris had created a dietary supplement called Brain Quicken and he wanted to license it to another entity to manufacture and market on his behalf, thus, freeing up his time to create more products and create a profitable, passive income with royalties. By the end of the PREFACE, you'll read how the lessons Tim Ferris learned in Stephen Key's class formed the underlying philosophy of his The 4 Hour Workweek. In the book's INTRODUCTION, Key tells you how one simple idea of his own led to the life of his dreams. Here's how the rest of the book unfolds... PART 1 - The Power of One Simple Idea PART 2 - Find Your Million-Dollar Idea PART 3 - Prove Your Idea PART 4 - Protect Your Idea PART 5 - Prepare to Pitch Your Idea PART 6 - Submit Your Idea to Potential Licensees PART 7 - Bring Your Ideas to Market It ends with an Appendix of valuable resources Copyright 2011, 260 pp., PDF GET IT HERE: Magic Button : BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE...! Tim Ferris's THE 4-HOUR WORKWEEK
Tim Ferris's book was a runaway best-seller. It was also shared on BBHF back in 2015-2016 but if you've never heard of him or would like to know what The 4 Hour Workweek is all about, then...SURPRISE! I've tossed the Expanded and Updated edition (with over 100 new pages of cutting-edge content) in the download, so you'll get it automatically. RE: [GET] ONE SIMPLE IDEA
@wasanga: Thank you for the compliment about my writing. I often go over my posts several times before I publish to the forum because I like to write the way I speak. I want my communications to convey a conversational "tone" so that when you read it, it's as if you were actually sitting across the dining room table and having a comfortable, one-on-one conversation with me. It's that important to connect with your reader on a relatively personal level because it builds trust and respect but also lets the reader know you have their best interest at heart and hopefully, the information being imparted will provide whatever help they need.
But I can blame my obsession with "editing my posts until they're just right" to being an English (liberal arts) major in undergraduate school. I want my words to represent me as best they can. So, again, thank you for the kind comment. As for the PDF maker, for a time I used FoxIt Phantom PDF that I downloded for free. Ultimately, I decided I wanted to go with Adobe Acrobat but I didn't want to pay for it. I found it on BBHF here: ADOBE ACROBAT XI PRO 11.0.12 WITH ACTIVATION KEY (VIP SECTION - 2019) Magic Button : As you can see, it can be found in the VIP section of the forum; if you don't have access to that section, unfortunately, you can't get it. I won't make any recommendations for a PDF maker, per se, since I don't know if you use a PC or a Mac or what features you need in the product. I can suggest, however, that when looking for one, you will consider software you can install on your computer. There are many free PDF creators you can use online but like anything else, there are pros and cons. I would worry about the contents of my document being secure because anything you create online exposes you to vulnerability. Some of the online tools may boast about data encryption and such but anything online is at the very least vulnerable to being intercepted (whether or not the data can be retrieved and used) and hacked into. So, a PDF maker that installs on your computer is the best bet. I can point you to another share on BBHF to consider but be sure to read about it before you decide. I can't vouch that the download link still works but you can scroll through the thread to see if anyone posted a working mirror link. FOXIT PHANTOM PDF BUSINESS 5 - AWARD WINNING PDF SOFTWARE, BETTER THAN ADOBE ACROBAT (2019) Magic Button : I also found this link to Microsoft's PDF Office --- it's a PDF maker that allows you to create, merge, scan, annotate and watermark PDF documents. It appears to be free but could be just a trial that expires after a period of time. Also, this product might work only with a PC so if you use a Mac, you can't use it. So, please read the webpage to learn more about it as well as the terms and conditions to use it. MICROSOFT PDF OFFICE Magic Button : Whether you use a PC or a MAC, you can search online using the keywords: best PDF creator/editor for (put your operating system here). You will get review sites that rate and rank the best PDF maker tools so you can select one that you like. I know for a fact you can get all kinds of software (including a brand-name, full-featured PDF maker) from a Persian download site like bitdownload.ir but you should be careful to have your anti-virus program running and in real time (to protect you as you browse the web); then after you get the download, run the file through either Virus Total or (at the very least) do a local scan. You should scan everything but most important files you want to scan first are any executable (program) files and typical black-hat files needed to allow the program to operate and update regularly (ex: crack and patch files, key generators, etc.). Typically, anti-viruses will react to these types of files but that doesn't necessarily mean that the alleged threat is real. It could be that the software is set to be extra vigilant rather than let an exploit pass through. Still, you should take extra steps to find out if you're dealing with a false positive and that calls for looking up information about the name of the threat that Virus Total shows to see if others can tell you what it is and how to proceed. I hope this helps. Layna61524 |
