RE:
I like the post, but this is bbhf, without links to try it out, kinda pointless for us to comment as we can't say for sure if it works or not. I just spent quite some time searching for most of the scripts you mentioned, but had no luck finding them, other than free vs.

How can I rate programs which I have not tried?

do you have links to syndication rockstar and snap pro avail?

The programs do sound pretty cool though

RE:
WP-Syndicator
Use WP-Syndicator to post to the sites you choose in the settings. It doesn't post the entire post, just an excerpt with a link back to your site. The best way to make this work and help your site is to add some unique content to those feeder sites that is NOT on your site. Then it's perfectly legitimate sites. And don't syndicate every post plus you can alternate which sites you post to very easily.

It is NOT duplicate content - it's syndicated content. There is a difference and it won't hurt your site.

  1. Plugin will create duplicate content to other social bookmark/web2.0
  2. it required too much setup so I stopped. If not setup right, I believe it will create duplicate content and actually hurt your site.
  3. $97 seems a bit overkill, especially when it's not running at 100% and no updates.
  4. the original developer flipped the site and product, no updates since then and some sites dont work. Doesn't spin anything, but its ok. Some of the 2.0 sites dont work with the software anymore... maybe i got an outdated version but never received an email update so dont think so.
  5. If you have blogs that post a lot, it seems certain that the web 2.0 accounts would be suspended pretty quick. I think I will test it on one blog and see how it goes...
I just purchased this plugin yesterday for full price ($67) for multiple domain uses. Here's the low down...

It supports 15 web 2.0 sites (including Twitter). You have to sign up to each site manually if you aren't already a member or don't have another program that does this for you. You could always outsource or take an hour out of your day to sign up. No biggie.

The plugin installs like any typical plugin and is ready to use after 5 minutes of configuration. Very intuitive and easy to do.

You'll need to sign up for a >>>[[[Reported by Members as URL Shortener! Post the actual link!]]]<<< account if you don't already have one and input your username and API. Again, very simple. you can also configure the excerpt length, auto syndicate, max daily posts and default anchor text. - Which you can also do in each post as you post in the future, the default is just in case you forget to include anchor text.

The 15 WEB 2.0 sites currently supports:

Wordpress.com
Blogger
Tumblr
Plurk
Multiply
Type Pad
Live Journal
Vox
Friend Feed
Xanga
Indenti.ca
Blewllow
Bright Kite
Youare
Twitter

However, not all work or are 'dofollow'. Blogger does not work for me and I contacted support. After 24 hours, still no reply and I can't really seem to find an actual support link on the website. Not really sure how this works but it isn't easy getting support so far.

Vox is no longer. They are closing the doors September 30th. So that scratches that one off the list of 15 web 2.0 sites.

These are nofollow, so no SEO</acronym> benefit will be given:
Plurk - nofollow
Friendfeed - nofollow
Youare - nofollow
Xanga - nofollow

The plugin also seems to be a bit of memory hog. Not a good thing.

I use TwitterFeed so I don't need the Twitter function part of this plugin. I like TwitterFeed because it's offsite.

Oh, I signed up for all the accounts 30-40 hrs before I used the plugin and filled out my profiles on each account so it doesn't look spammy to the webmaster. Well, turns out I was suspended from Blellow after two submissions.

So all in all, there's really only like seven WEB 2.0 sites that are useful. But it's still nice getting the link out there and I'm sure it'll give a little bit more of a boost after the WEB 2.0 sites get indexed and start gaining some authority. I'll need to link build the useful seven WEB 2.0 sites to help get them more strength. Is the plugin worth $67? I don't know... I think it's overpriced for what you actually get.

Here's the summary break down:
  • Support - 1 out of 10 (poor) so far
  • Ease of Use - 8 out of 10
  • Functionality - 5 out of 10 (half the web 2.0 sites either don't work, won't work in the future or arenofollow)
  • Value - 6 out of 10 (bit overpriced IMO)
  • Cons - Support, half the WEB 2.0 sites are useless, overpriced, memory hog
  • Pros - Easy to use, after it's all setup it does all the work behind the scenes, despite of only seven useful WEB 2.0 sites it'll still help build backlinks
  • End thought - Shop around for something cheaper... I'm sure there's plugins out there that can be had free or cheap. maybe Incansoft has something?

Update:

After a few days of using this plugin, Wordpress, Live Journal, Type Pad and Xanga all stopped working after 8 successful submissions. If you are an owner of this software, you may want to check to see if yours are working too.

So only what.... that's like 3 microblogs working for me now? Ugh! I want a refund.

I sent three more emails to support the past 24 hours and still no help. I wonder if this plugin was abandoned?

RE:
SocialBacklinker Pro - good and updated

Social Networks Auto Poster (SNAP) PRO - so far the most voted and the best syndication plugin in the market and updates are available every week as I owned the plugin

Syndication Rockstar - not bad also

WPSyndicator - not updated at all and poor customer service and 5/10 modules are working

Onlywire - it is good but need to pay monthly fees, which I don't like

WPTraffic - this plugin? It costs below $20 I doubt it is better than SNAP, WPsyndicator, or rockstar.

So my recommendation is

get Social Networks Auto Poster (SNAP) PRO

http://www.ripoffreport.com/samson-elite...-51B97.htm

Selling a plugin that is supposed to give you hundreds of High PR Backlinks, but it really doesn't.

Instead, all the plugin does is find websites that use redirection scripts and it plugs any domain you want into that script. These are not backlinks and they will never get indexed.

example randomsite.gov/redirect.php=?http://yoursitehere.com

It uses these same redirection scripts, that are built into sites incase somebody arrives there by mistake or does a wrong search query, to redirect them to where they wanted to go.

Search engines don't index those scripts or the query strings this program generates... they are not backlinks!

Unfortunately this Samsom guy is pitching this idea that they are real backlinks and selling this program to poor fools who don't know any better.

What makes it worse is that the warrior forums have deleted any and every post that challenge this plugin (like my post for example)

My post gave solid concrete proof that none of these so called "backlinks" ever get indexed or seen by any search engine. After 3 weeks of use not one of these "so called backlinks" ever showed up .. anywhere.

So yea. Samsom is a scammer and Warrior Forums (who get a cut of each sale) are hiding the facts so they can exploit innocent people looking for ways to increase their business.
