Jermain has been an invaluable help answering all my questions from the beginning until I got two Adwords accounts with 350USD each. (I didn't add the 150 USD coupon to the accounts yet)

The result is that at the moment I have two accounts running for a week with clicks and impressions and I am currently preparing to launch two affiliate campaigns with CPA.

I will update the post with screenshots and affiliate campaign results this week.

Actually, its said that they would give account 30 days ultimatum to provide the ID before ads is stopped, and thats more than enough for the threshold to be exhausted.
