[GET] Pencil 0.4.4b windows [FREE Software]
This piece of software is a good one for editing an image (mainly .bmp), but also you can write with the mouse. I had a graphic tablet but don't help me too much, because it has a proprietary file format, but good because has a real pen, and easy to write not as a mouse that used on the present share software.
