i agree with you. very very low quality. also it's a concept that is deceptive. the only way to help your immunity with the virus is to expose yourself to it. not really a big problem. people gt sick and then recover like other viruses that are around us yearly. but boosting your actual immune system takes time. nothing is instant and if people follow strategies to build a good immune system, by the time the immune system is ready,t there's already gonna be a vaccine for it. it take a year or two to build your body up. it's not instant.

so this ebook would work with the false fear and paranoia of people afraid of this virus when there is actually nothing huge to be afraid of in the first place. the fear was driven by the media and people fed in to it like idiots so the ebook is taking advantage of it and not at all truthful when i read just the title and what the title suggests
